Sale Of Business Purchase Agreement

If you buy shares in a company, you buy part of all aspects of the business. If you buy all the shares in the business, you own all facets of the business. The parties agree that all disputes relating to this Agreement will be resolved through mediation before seeking a legal solution. If one of the parties fails to fulfil the obligations arising from this Purchase Agreement on the agreed dates, this Contract will be cancelled and all deposits and funds will be returned to the Paying Party. In the case of a stock transaction, the owner of the business (the “Owner”) is the seller. In the case of an asset transaction, the objective is the seller, with the proceeds of the sale being distributed by the objective to the owner. The graph above leaves little doubt about the detailed and complete nature of the sales contract.
